I'm a certified SOMA Breath meditation instructor, lifestyle coach, and neurosomatic breath therapist with a decade's expertise in transcendental meditation. My profound passion lies in catalyzing growth, mastering the mind, and fostering a deep connection with nature. Over the years, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds on a transformative journey through breath, helping them align their lives with their deepest desires and uncover genuine inner peace.
